   By creating an account or using MAZADAT, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country to use MAZADAT. By using MAZADAT, you confi rm you meet these requirements.
3.  Account Registration
   To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

   • Sellers are responsible for accurate product listings and timely fulfi llment.
   • Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before bidding or purchase.
   • MAZADAT is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist in resolution.

   MAZADAT may charge service fees, auction fees, or commissions. Fees will be
   disclosed before listing or bidding.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on MAZADAT, including trademarks, logos, and app design, is owned by
   MAZADAT. You may not use, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
8. User Content
   You are responsible for content you post on MAZADAT. By posting, you grant us a
   worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in
   connection with MAZADATservices.
9. Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
   of Service, misuse the platform, or engage in illegal activity.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
    MAZADAT is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free
    operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAZADAT is not liable for any indirect,
    incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of MAZADAT after
    updates means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law
    principles.
